1 kg/2 lbs carp fish

5 tsp lemon juice
10 red chili
4 bay leaf
5 tsp palm oil to steam

2 liter water to steam
Banana leaf to wrap

How to cook
1. Clean carp, scales, throw away the bowel of fish
2. Coat lemon juice and salt
3. Mix sliced ingredient and pure, coat to fish, include inner of fish.
4. Wrap with banana leaf
5. Steam with 2 liter water and 2 tsp palmoil. Wait 2-3 hours until cooked
6.Ready to eat.
